cells grow loosely adherent in monolayers; some cells grow as round or polygonal cells in clumps in suspension with cellular processes

Subculture:
split saturated culture 1:8 to 1:10 every 3-4 days (with using trypsin); seed out at ca. 3-5 x 106 cells/80 cm2
Incubation:
at 37 °C with 5% CO2
Doubling time:
about 25-30 hours
Harvest:
cell harvest of about 1.4 x 106 cells/ml
Storage:
frozen with 70% medium, 20% FBS, 10% DMSO
