Subculture:
seed out all cells in a T75 flask with ca. 20ml medium; take care not to disrupt the cells
(use pipettes with wide opening like serological, wide-bore or cut) avoid standard pipettes, work slowly and carefully
Incubation:
at 37 °C with 5% CO2
Doubling time:
ca. 48 hours
Storage:
frozen with 70% medium, 20% FBS, 10% DMSO
