The cell line ETCC-008 was established by stable lipofectamin transformation of breast carcinoma cells with the pGRN145 plasmid coding for the catalytic subunit of the human telomerase reverse transcriptase (hTERT) and for hygromycin resistence. Donor cells, vector und recipient cells match risik group 1
