Pathogenic to white perch ( Roccus americanus) (13153). (Medium 215 + 18 g/l NaCl, or Medium 514, 25°C. Rehydrate and grow lyophilized cells from the ampoule in 5 ml liquid broth 514. Subsequent subculturing may be carried out in liquid medium or on agar plates).
