Subculture:
seed out 1-2 x 105 cells in a 75 cm2 flask; at 50-60% confluency split culture 1:10 to 1:20 every 2-4 days using trypsin/EDTA (do not allow cultures to become confluent).

at 37 °C with 5-10% CO2
