Subculture:
seed out at ca. 0.1-0.2 x 106 cells/ml; split culture 1:2 to 1:3 every 2-3 days; cell clusters are difficult to disperse and cell counting may be difficult; viability may drop below 60% after recovery from liquid nitrogen, but cells recover after 4-5 days

at 37 °C with 5% CO2
