additional information:
additional information:
<- V. Scardovi, C 410. Hindgut of honeybee (343). Type strain. Taxonomy/description (489, 1300, 1379). Sequence accession no. whole genome shotgun sequence: JDUE00000000. Closely related to B. coryneforme (ANI 98%). Ribotyping showed one additional band as compared to B. coryneforme. Published 16S rRNA gene sequence differs from that of strain JCM 1302. JCM originally obtained the strain from ATCC and ATCC from Scardovi. DSMZ also obtained the strain directly from Scardovi, but both strains seem to be different. Murein: A11.31 (462). (Medium 58, 37°C, anaerobic).
