This cell line may only be provided to academic researchers for research purposes. The purchaser is the end customer. §10(2) of the DSMZ terms and conditions is not applicable to this cell line. A transfer to third parties is therefore completely excluded, even if they are companies associated with the end customer. 80-90% RPMI 1640 + 10-20% h.i. FBS
Subculture:
seed out at ca. 0.6 x 106 cells/ml; cells are difficult to culture and grow slowly at first; increasing the FBS content to 20% can be of advantage; cultivation in 24-well-plates appears to be better than in large culture flasks; maintain at 0.4-1.0 x 106 cells/ml but split carefully

at 37 °C with 5% CO2

ca. 50 hours
