90% DMEM + 10% h.i. FBS + 100 µM 6-thioguanine

Subculture:

split culture 1:5 to 1:10 every 3-5 days (cells grow adherent, but can be detached with trypsin); seed out at 1 x 10⁶ cells/80 cm²

Incubation:

at 37 °C with 10% CO₂

Doubling time:

ca. 40 hours

Harvest:

about 1.5 x 10⁷ cells/80 cm²
