Subculture:
cells may be difficult to culture; initially after thawing viability may decrease dramatically, but cells recover after 1-2 weeks when seeded out in 24-well plates and at high density: 1-2 x 106 cells/ml; cells grow slowly, split saturated culture about 1:2 every 3-5 days after recovery: do not dilute below 1 x 106 cells/ml
