Subculture:
seed out at ca. 0.5 x 106 cells/ml; maintain at 0.5-1.0 x 106 cells/ml; split 1:2 to 1:2.5 every 3-4 days; to maximize viability, it may be necessary to replenish medium every second day; cultures may show a decrease of viability in the first few days after thawing

at 37 °C with 5% CO2
