produces a variety of cytokines (e.g. G-CSF, IL-6 and SCF) and described to carry HRAS and p53 mutation(s)

Subculture:
seed out at ca. 1-2 x 106 cells/80 cm2; split confluent culture up to 1:5 once or twice a week using trypsin/EDTA

ca. 48 hours
Harvest:
cell harvest of ca. 10 x 106 cells/80 cm2
