Subculture:
seed out with 15 ml in a T75 flask; split confluent culture 1:4 to 1:8 every 3-5 days by agitation; cell number may be difficult to ascertain due to growth in clumps; with EGF cells may grow faster and in suspension
Incubation:
at 37 °C with 10% CO2

ca. 40 hours

cell harvest of ca. 3 x 106 cells/ml or 1 x106 cells/cm2
