Subculture:

seed out at ca. 0.5 x 10⁶ cells/80 cm²; split confluent culture 1:2 to 1:3 every 4-5 days using trypsin/EDTA (wash adherent cells twice with PBS) or apply "Accutase"

Incubation:

at 37 °C with 5-10% CO₂

Doubling time:

ca. 72 hours
