Subculture:
seed out at ca. 5-10 x 104 cells/ml; split saturated culture 1:8 to 1:10 every 3 days; maintain at about 0.05-0.5 x 106 cells/ml; during continuous culture, the cell density should not be higher than 0.5 x 106 cells/ml

at 37 °C with 5% CO2

ca. 20 hours
Harvest:
maximal density at about 0.8 x 106 cells/ml
