Subculture:
seed out in 5-7 ml into a 6-well-plate or a small flask; cell numbers can not be determined as the cells aggregate in large clumps which are rather difficult to disperse; replace half the medium every 2nd day and dilute carefully 1:2

at 37 °C with 5% CO2

ca. 4-5 days
