Subculture:
seed out at ca. 0.5 x 106 cells/ml; split saturated culture 1:4 to 1:6 every 3-5 days; maintain at ca. 0.5-2.0 x 106 cells/ml; one day after thawing the viability may drop down to 50%, but cells recover within one week

at 37 °C with 5% CO2

ca. 40 hours
