Subculture:
seed out at ca. 1.0 x 106 cells/ml; split saturated culture 1:2 to 1:3 every 2-3 days; maintain at ca 0.4-2.0 x 106 cells/ml; viability may drop below 50% after thawing, but cells recover after 4-5 days (starting in a 12- or 24-well plate is recommended)
