Subculture:
seed out at ca. 1-2 x 106 cells/25 cm2 flask; cells grow rather slowly; split confluent culture 1:2 once a week using trypsin/EDTA (cells are only slightly adherent and can also be detached by tapping the flask or pipetting, but trypsin/EDTA is necessary to prepare single cells)
Incubation:
at 37 °C with 5% to 10% CO2

ca. one week
Harvest:
cell harvest of ca. 10 x 106 cells/80 cm2
