Subculture:
seed out at ca. 1-2 x 106 cells/80 cm2 flask; split culture 1:2 to 1:5 every two weeks using trypsin/EDTA (we recommend to wash the cells at least two times with PBS and incubate with trypsin for a minimum of 5 min.); the cells need 3-5 days for recovery and adherence after both thawing and trypsinization; cell number may be difficult to determine due to aggregate formation
