Subculture:
seed out at ca. 1 x 106 cells/80 cm2 flask; split culture 1:2 to 1:5 every 2-4 days using trypsin/EDTA; after thawing, the cells begin to losely adhere after 3-5 days, are initially detachable by tapping the flask and trypsin/EDTA is necessary for passaging after another two weeks or so

at 37 °C with 5% CO2
