90% RPMI 1640 + 10% h.i. FBS

Subculture:

seed out at about 0.5 x 10⁶ cells/ml; split 1:2 to 1:3 every 2-3 days and maintain at 0.3-0.5 x 10⁶ cells/ml (densities above 1 x 10⁶ cells/ml will induce apoptosis)

Incubation:

at 37 °C with 5% CO₂
