Medium 693 , microaerophil with hydrogen, 37°C
Cover the agar surface with enough (1 - 4 ml) liquid medium 215 to maintain a liquid film during the whole incubation period. Culture does not grow on dry surfaces). Incubation in a candle jar or in a jar equipped with commercially available microaerobic systems is not suited for the reactivation of freeze dried cells.
Incubation time: 2-3 days
