. Aachener Minipig, WT, 4 months old, feces. Germany, Aachen. Sequence accession no. 16S rRNA gene: MN537547, complete genome: CP045696. (Medium 339 Instead of Na-resazurin add 0,002 ml/ml Phenosafranin (Stock solution 1,25 mg/ml in H2O). After heating add 0,010 ml/ml Cystein-DTT (DL-Dithiothreitol)-solution (0,05 g/ml Cystein, 0,02 g/ml DTT). Add 7 % sheep blood, in co-culture with DSM 105185 Tissierella pigra, pH 7, 37°C, anaerobic). Grows only on agar plates in co-culture with DSM 105185 Tissierella pigra.
