Apr and Kmr in E. coli, G418r and Ura+ in yeast
Remarks:
Cloning vector with 2μ plasmid replicon for Saccharomyces cerevisiae and Escherichia coli. pNF2 is a derivative of the multicopy yeast cloning vector YEp24 and contains a single BamHI cloning site flanked immediately on each side by SalI sites. DNA fragments cloned into the BamHI site that do not regenerate this restriction site can be excised by digestion with SalI enzyme. The Kmr gene derived from Tn903 confers resistance in yeast to the antibiotic G418.
