Remarks:
Plasmid pSUP5011::Tn5-mob can be mobilized in nearly all Gram-negative bacteria, but cannot exist in these hosts as a replicon; pSUP5011 is a derivative of the vector pBR325, which was deleted in the Tcr gene; Tn5 was integrated and carries in its BamHI cloning site the IncP specific sequence for the mob function; Tn5-mob = 7.1 kb.
