Indicator strain lysed by phage lambda, which is carried by Escherichia coli K12 wild type (ATCC 10798) (4684). Non-lysogenic. Please note: this strain expresses a low level streptomycin resistance. (4385, 4684). (Medium 544 plus 2.0 mg of streptomycin per l, 37°C).
