Cultivation conditions:
Medium 693 , 37°C
(24% N2, 6% O2, 6% CO2, 64% H2). Cover the agar surface with enough (1 - 4 ml) liquid medium 215 to maintain a liquid film during the whole incubation period. Culture does not grow on dry surfaces. For reactivation distribute the complete content of the ampoule on one agar plate. Incubation in a candle jar or in a jar equipped with commercially available microaerobic systems is not suited for the reactivation of freeze dried cells
