SynCom17 Switchgrass Rhizosphere Model Community
The SynCom17 Switchgrass Rhizosphere Model Community is a model synthetic community (SynCom) of 17 soil microorganisms commonly found in the rhizosphere of diverse plant species, isolated from soil surrounding a single switchgrass plant. Published as DSM 200000SY in Novak et al. (2025).
This SynCom has been developed and optimized for in vitro experiments. For more information please refer to Coker et al. (2022).
