From June 2 to June 13 Possible Delays in Order Processing
Dear Customers,
from June 2 to June 13, 2025, there will be a delayed initial processing of your incoming orders and quotation requests.
We would like to inform you that we will introduce a new ERP system on June 2, 2025. The new system is intended to further improve collaboration with our customers and optimise our order processing procedures. As with any system changeover, there may be delays in certain processes during the initial phase. Unfortunately, this particularly affects the processing of new orders. From June 2 to June 13, 2025, there will be a delayed initial processing of your incoming orders and quotation requests. We kindly ask for your understanding if you do not receive an immediate response after submitting an order or request.
All orders placed via our webshop will be automatically transferred to the new system and processed with priority. You will receive an order confirmation from the webshop, and further processing will take place with a delay of approximately 14 days. We therefore encourage you to make increased use of our webshop. Orders received by email or fax will not receive an order confirmation for the time being. Once these have been entered into the new system, with an estimated delay of about 14 days, you will receive a response.
We assure you that we are working intensively to resolve any initial difficulties as quickly as possible.
