DSMZ Digital Diversity is an integrated suite of 10 scientific databases of fundamental relevance for the life sciences. The resulting data platform provides an integrated resource and allows to link and comprehensively analyse the different types of scientific data from all domains of life sciences.

- BacDive: with the latest release the database now contains information on more than 100,000 strains
- BRENDA: with the latest release the database now includes 124 new and 750 updated enzyme classes
- DSMZCellDive: Neuroblastoma and Retinoblastoma panel
- LPSN: the database is now an ELIXIR Core Data Resource
- PVDive: early prototype providing efficient access to data related to plant viruses
