Mycoplasma testing and removal
For routine quality control of cell lines, testing for mycoplasma is essential. We offer Mycoplasma detection as a service by PCR including positive and internal controls.
In the case of contamination, we offer Mycoplasma removal by different antibiotic regimes.
Coming soon: quantitative detection and >200 Mollicutes species covered via droplet digital PCR (ddPCR).
