Medium:
80-90% DMEM (with 25 mM HEPES) + 10-20% h.i. FBS
Subculture:
seed out at 0.25 x 106 cells/25 cm2; viability is rather low after thawing, but cells recover soon, when medium is exchanged every second day; culture does not grow to complete confluency; split sub confluent culture 1:2-1:4 once a week using trypsin/EDTA

at 37 °C with 10% CO2

ca. 100 hours
