All prices are net prices.

Prices for schools
The DSMZ offers special prices for a selection of teaching strains for comprehensive schools in Germany. The price for these cultures is 30 € (netto) per culture of freeze dried microorganisms and 40 € (netto) for actively growing cultures.

(1) All products and services are invoiced based on the prices in effect when the order is received.

(2) All invoices are payable immediately with no deductions, quoting the invoice number, by bank transfer to the account of DSMZ GmbH:

(3) Meeting the purchase price payment obligation by deduction is only permitted for the customer if the counter-claims are legally established, undisputed or recognised by DSMZ GmbH.
      Furthermore, the customer is only entitled to exercise a right of retention insofar as the customer’s counterclaim arises from the same contractual relationship.

Please note:

• Risk Group 1 cultures and DNA samples will be shipped with carrier (usually UPS) to all destinations inside Germany, Europe and outside of Europe.
• Risk Group 2 cultures will be shipped as UN 3373 with carrier (usually UPS) to all destinations inside Germany, Europe and outside of Europe.
• Weight limits (including volume and billing weight) apply for shipments up to 5kg for Germany and 1kg for shipments within and outside Europe. Higher shipment weights on request.
• Frozen dispatch (all Risk Groups) will be shipped as UN1845 with carrier (according to the availability of the service UPS or World Courier) and is not available for all countries.
• We kindly indicate that within Europe we are obliged to ship all goods (Risk Group 1 and 2) with a proof of delivery and thus via carrier (usually UPS).
