Subculture:
maintain at 0.1-0.5 x 106 cells/ml; split saturated culture at 1:5 to 1:10 every 2-5 days; seed out at ca. 0.5 x 106 cells/ml; use initially 24-well plate culture dishes and 20% FBS; daily exchange of medium is recommended
