Ordering products from the DSMZ
A brief overview on how to order from DSMZ can be downloaded here (German version).
If you are ordering bioresources from the DSMZ for the first time, validation of your institution is required. Our sales team will contact you after receiving your order and inform you about the documents required for validation. The delivery of your first order is only possible against pre-payment.
No validation is required to order analyses and other scientific services.
