Subculture:
cells may be difficult to culture! seed out at ca. 2 x 106 cells/ml with initially 20% FBS in a 24-well plate; cells can be maintained at high density (>2 x 106 cells/ml); minimum density at ca. 0.5 x 106 cells/ml; cells grow slowly; after thawing viability may decreases during the first days, but cells recover afterwards; do not change medium during this time
