Authenticity:
STR analysis according to the global standard ANSI/ATCC ASN-0002.1-2021 (2021) resulted in an authentic STR profile of the reference STR database matching the profile of sister cell line IGR-37
Cytogenetics:
human flat-moded tetra-/pentaploid karyotype - 104-112<4n>XXY - rearrangements include der(1)t(1;?21)(p13;q11), der(16)t(1;16)(p13;q23) also present in the autologous sister line IGR-37
Molec. Genetics:
Genomic sequencing and/or ARMS assay show that the cell line carries the BRAF V600E mutation (mu/wt), but no NRAS Q61 mutation
