Subculture:
seed out at ca. 1-2 x 106 cells in a 80 cm2 flask; cells grow adherently until confluence as well as in suspension; split confluent culture every 2-4 days; if only suspension cells are used for passaging, a new monolayer will develop; adherent cells should be detached using trypsin/EDTA

at 37 °C with 5% CO2

ca. 24-30 hours
