Subculture:
split confluent culture 1:3 every 3-4 days using trypsin/EDTA; seed out at ca. 1 x 106 cells/80 cm2; maintain at ca. 3 x 106 cells/80 cm2

ca. 40-50 hours
Harvest:
cell harvest of ca. 10 x 106 cells/175 cm2
