at 37 °C with 5% CO2

human flat-moded hypertetraploid karyotype with 11% polyploidy - 80-99<4n>XXX, -Y, -3, +7, +7, -8, +9, +9, +12, -13, +3-5mar, del(X)(p11p22), der(7)t(7;7)(p22;q11.22)add(7)(q32)x2, add(7)(q32), add(9)(p24), i(13q), add(19)(p13), der(19)t(11;19)(q11;q13) - sideline with idem, +1, +7, +12, der(4)t(4;11)(p14-16;q1?3) - resembles published karyotype and those of sisters with minor, though consistent, differences (mirroring DNA profiles)
