split saturated culture 1:3 every 1-2 days; seed out at about 0.2 x 106 cells/ml; maintain between 0.2-0.4 x 106 cells/ml; after thawing cells may start slowly to take up growth and may never exceed a viability of 80%

about 30-45 hours
