seed out at 0.3 x 106 cell/ml; maintain at 0.2-0.5 x 106 cells/ml; split saturated cultures 1:2 to 1:3 every 2 days; HFCS can be used at 1:100 (i.e. half of the manufacturer recommendation)

at 37°C with 10% CO2

about 40-50 hours
Harvest:
maximal density of about 0.6-0.8 x 106 cells/ml
