Subculture:
seed out at ca. 0.5-1.0 x 106 cells/ml; after thawing, during the first week cells should be kept with 20% FBS; culture in 12- or 24-well-plate is of advantage; split saturated culture 1:2 to 1:3 every 2-3 days; maintain at about 0.5-1.5 x 106 cells/ml; take care: viability may also decrease over the weekend when diluted too weak
