Origin:

established from a primary, invasive, ductal breast carcinoma (TNM stage IIa, tumor size 5, grade 3, with lymph node metastasis) from a 52-year-old woman prior to therapy in 1994; reported to carry a mutated TP53, wild-typ BRCA1 and to express EGP2, CK19 but neither estrogen nor progesterone receptors are expressed; a paired EBV-postive B-lymphoblastoid cell line (B-LCL, HCC-1143BL) is available (DSMZ ACC 893); RNA sequence data are available (see Ref 40906 and RNA-Seq)
