Subculture:
seed out at ca. 2 x 106 cells/80 cm2; split confluent culture 1:2 to 1:3 twice a week using trypsin/EDTA; wash cells two times with PBS before trypsinization

ca. 60-70 hours
Harvest:
maximum density at ca. 7-8 x 106 cells/175 cm2
