Subculture:
seed out at ca. 0.5-1 x 106 cells/25 cm2 flask; cells grow slowly and may need 1-2 days for adherence to the plastic surface;
split confluent culture 1:2 once a week using trypsin/EDTA (wash cells twice with PBS before adding trypsin/EDTA)
Incubation:
at 37 °C with 5% CO2
