Subculture:
seed out at ca. 1 x 106 cells/25 cm2 flask; split confluent culture 1:2 once a week using trypsin/EDTA (wash cells twice with PBS before adding trypsin/EDTA and apply trypsin/EDTA for up to 20 min. to detach cells); cells may take 1-2 days to adhere again

at 37 °C with 5% CO2
