Subculture:
split confluent cultures 1:2 about twice a week, but with using trypsin (cells grow partly adherent, but can be detached without trypsin); maintain at room temperature (about 20 °C) without CO2 exposure ; confluent cultures can be stored at 4 °C for up to one week without loss of viability
Incubation:
at 20 °C without CO2 (at room temperature, keep lid of flask closed)
Harvest:
about 5-7 x 106 cells/80 cm2
