of a 82-year-old non-smoking woman. Described to carry several chromosomal alterations including a 11q13 amplification and a mutation in TP53 (exon 8, R282W)

Medium:
80-90% MEM (with Earle's salts) + 10-20% h.i. FBS + 1x MEM non-essential amino acids + 2 mM L-glutamine
Subculture:
seed out at ca. 1 x 106 cells/80 cm2 flask; split confluent culture 1:3 to 1:5 every 3-5 days using trypsin/EDTA (before trypsination wash 2x with PBS)
Incubation:
at 37 °C with 5% CO2
Doubling time:
ca. 50 hrs
Harvest:
ca. 4-6 x 106 cells/80 cm2 flask
Storage:
frozen with 70% medium, 20% FBS, 10% DMSO
